We found the staff very friendly, informative and the process quite simple. We would've preferred our vehicle to have been parked on site for the long term parking rather than a shuttle ride away but we appreciated how convenient they made it being in close proximity to parking and the airport. They offered a room upgrade at a low cost as well which was greatly appreciated to fit our family in the room comfortably. Will use again!
