Our stay the night before an early am flight went well. Price for stay and parking was great. Would definitely use this again. Only criticism was return pick up at the airport. Driver almost went by 2 times. Luckily we caught the driver and got onboard before he left. Staff was helpful and kind which we appreciated.

This is my go to hotel when traveling from PHL airport. The convenience of parking your car there and using the free shuttle can’t be beat. Price is reasonable and hotel is nice. Having the restaurant and bar onsite is also a plus.

The hotel was great but the transportation to and from the airport is awful. They tell you that the shuttle runs every hour and on the half hour. The shuttle was supposed to show up at 4 am it didn't show up till after 4:30. At this time when the shuttle finally got to Four Points at around 4:45 there were no seats available and we had to stand in the front of the shuttle behind the line. The bus was definitely overcrowded and with the Corona Virus restrictions they sure were not following them. When we returned back from our trip I called Four Points and it took them 50 minutes to get around to picking us up. This has been a problem the last few times we traveled. Not happy at all with the shuttle service.
